A philosopher said that mountains and the sea were created to teach people to think. Maybe that is why those who once got to know the beauty and majesty of the mountains have the desire to return there from time to time.
- The Alps are not too far from us - two days by bus, and we are here,  the guide of Impro Travels, who has been crossing the cross in recent years.

Even cows can be set in the mountains

- The older generation, who has never been in the mountains, seems to be driven by only the young and physically strong. Of course, mountains should be treated with awe, but if once in the mountains cows grazing, why not get any of us. Alps at the altitude of several kilometers are driven by modern and safe lifts. If you no longer want to climb or miss strength, take pictures of flowers, walk in the shallow alpine meadows and near the kiosks buy these mountain souvenirs: cow bells of different sizes, eateries, marmalades, in other words, everything man's mind has come up with to attract tourists. For those who want to throw a circle around the glaciers and climb the peaks, they should take good footwear with deep treads and strings attached to the boots on the ice. Sometimes rope and ice cuttings are also useful. Because people in the mountains can be compared to tear eyelashes, and the mountains do not love hurry. But usually we get the pleasure of downhill to our own tourists, and then it is enough to have ankles and hand-folded ski poles, which can then be easily placed on the bus.

For a trip to the Alps a good time is still needed, but they cannot be predicted in the mountains for a couple of hours ahead. It is the most volatile in the spring and autumn, so if you don't want to ski, go to the mountains in the middle of the summer. However, even the peaks can swell in the opaque fog or expect a sharp drop in temperature and hail. Once in a while, air had cooled down by as much as ten degrees.

Alpine mountain ranges stretch through many European countries - Switzerland, France, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Germany. These are the young mountains with pointed peaks and in each country completely different. In the northern part of the rock, there are more granites and gneiss, the spruce and pine trees grow. But in the south, on the Italian side, where the Dolomites are located, limestone dominates, which is much more abundant. Therefore, leaching and slipping often occur, the mountains are sown and more dangerous for climbing. On the other hand, they keep the cold northern winds, allowing the palms and gorgeous gardens to grow in mild climates.

In the Alps, we can most often encounter marmots - this is a cat-sized animal, which is much fatter, gray-brown, and lives in caves. The marmot essence is best described by its German name, Murmultiere or Murmula, which we remember from childhood books about Troll Mumin. If you hear a whistle in the mountains, you know - the marmot has noticed you and hopes to pull out some delicacy. Well, as you do not feed the animal, if it insists on it so persistently. The marmots also make people think about the meaning of life because they spend their time eating and sleeping. They usually eat vegetable products: roots and leaves, but recently, tourists are spoiled, marmots even for bread without butter no longer look over and insist on something better. In Austria they have already been able to enjoy chocolate. Many books are written about marmots and a film was also taken in America. At Alpine kiosks, these animals are immortalized in plastic and plush souvenirs. Groundhog fat is used in healing ointments and added to candles.
Other animals in the Alps are less common. Some bears here ever. Now, even mountain goats did not often see, not to mention bunnies. However, it is advisable to take a binocular or at least a theater binocular with you on the trip, which will allow you to see the inaccessible alpine landscapes in close-up and maybe even notice a beast.

By plane to the mountains

Usually, people who are busy in business cannot travel for more than seven days. If half this time is busy riding a bus, is it no longer a recreation? Therefore, flying a charter flight from Vilnius to Rijeka in Croatia, a whole week is coming to enjoy the Alps. Getting to know the mountains begins in Triglav National Park, Slovenia. The three-headed mountain is also featured on the Slovenian coat of arms. Along the Julian Alps Trails in August, just like miniature cyclamen, true alpine violets bloom. This is the cheapest of all Alpine countries. When traveling to Austria, the lifts cost from € 55. Grosglockner is the largest mountain in the Tawen Mountain Range, and you can walk along the Franz Josef Road to the Glockner Glacier. Walking through the alpine meadows, we know the names of the flowering flowers at the edge of the trail.
At the Alpine Center, the border between three countries - Austria, Germany and Italy - opens up a great opportunity, without spending time on passport control, to visit three former capitals of the Winter Olympics - Innsbruck, Garmißpartenkirchen and Cortin d 'Ampeco. On the way, you can admire the Crimea waterfall and climb the highest peak of Germany in Zugspitz. The Italian Dolomites have very gorgeous hiking trails on the Tofolo Mountains and the Falcarego Pass. There you can also reach lifts with different prices but not cheap. Returning from the hike, the forces are reclaimed in water amusement parks. Such an alpine route will refrain from prolonged access to the bus window, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of nature and the charm of mountain resorts leisurely.

It will be almost impossible to cover all the Alpine countries at one time. It is therefore advisable to dedicate a separate trip to the French and Swiss mountains. Be sure to see the Alpine highest mountain Mont Blanc. It's not that easy to do, because Montblan is very cunning. Often, at its apex, a cloud crashes and prevents it from seeing this giant's round ass. From Chamonix up to 3,800 meters, tourists are driven by gondolas. Next, everyone can choose to either steer the snowy peak or breathe in the fresh air by watching others do. You do not need special physical training to climb up to Mont Blanc. Anyone can do it. However, when you take off at high altitudes, you must first allow the body to adapt to the conditions of the thinned air. Usually climbing starts early in the morning, while the snow in the sun has not become wet and saggy. Protective creams should be used to protect the face from burns.
The Alps are inconceivable without the eagles. This silver-haired plant, just over two and a half kilometers away, sometimes reaches up to 40 centimeters in length and is considered a symbol of bravery. If, in ancient times, a young man wanted to marry, he had to present the eagle-easter flower he had intended to prove his love. It has grown in rocky, hard-to-reach places that can be reached by risking life. As the time passes, the world is changing and, in order to see the edelweiss, you no longer have to be afraid to descend from the rock. In recent years, the glaciers of the Alps have rapidly started to flourish because of global warming. Therefore, in places of soft rocks, landslides occur. Unlike the nearby seismically active Apenins, there are no earthquakes in the Alps. If they missed it, it is worth returning, because the Alps do not worry.
